Artwork and design

Even if you don’t have clean finished artwork, our design team will turn your ideas into crisp, quality prints. We’ll email you a mockup before we print, so your finished items will turn out just as expected.

Preferred File Formats

CorelDRAW

We store and output graphics from CorelDRAW. If sending us files as .cdr please convert all text to curves (paths).

Vector Files

If you are using Illustrator, FreeHand, Indesign or similar - please convert all text to curves (paths) and save as either a .eps or .pdf file. We will accept native files but to save on issues with version numbers we would prefer a more generic file type.

Bitmap Files

If you are designing in Photoshop, please rasterize all text layers and/or send us the font you have used. If possible leave your layers intact (do not flatten the image) this will make it easier for us to work with when creating colour separations.

We will accept .jpg, .bmp, .tif, .gif, and .png files. The quality of these files directly impacts the quality of your print. If the file size is small (500kb or less, for example) then chances are that there is not enough detail in the image for us to work with.

Scanning/Redraws

We can scan and redraw artwork if necessary. There is a certain amount of design time built into our pricing however, if we believe that your redraw will exceed that time you will be informed and a design pricing rate agreed apon.
