This is our main business. We offer a quality screen printing service, where we do our utmost to provide the best product we can on a wide variety of fabrics. Brazen also provides art redraw and graphic design services. Once your digital file has been created and processed it will be stored for future use.
The Process
Spot Colour Screens
Each colour is made into a separate screen. Up to six colours per design.
The screenprinting process does allow for half tones of colours, like 50% black for example. We can use a screen frequency which can give the illusion of a percentage of colour.
There are many colours of ink to choose from, our ink matching system is set up to match patone solid coated colours.
CMYK
Used for photgraphic reproduction of full colour images. This service is offered for large runs (100+) of highly detailed graphics.
