CMYK 4 Colour Process

This process is used to recreate full colour images & photos, when the image is too colorful to be printed using the Spot Colour with Halftones method.

4 translucent inks (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow & Black) are used in halftone dots of different sizes & densities overlapping each other, to create every colour. Because the inks are translucent, a white under base must be printed first when printing onto coloured garments.
